What is a Virtual Tour?
A virtual tour is a series of 360° rotating scenes of a specific location. A scene encompasses everything circling around the camera. You can click on any of the photographed scenes (for example, "Kitchen"), and the tour will begin to rotate around that room. From floor to ceiling, you can zoom in on any part of the 360° view.

What is the advantage of a Virtual Tour as compared to a slide show or still images?
A slideshow or still images only capture what the photographer thinks you will like. Now it is possible to take a bunch of pictures and create a slide show allowing the viewer to see all that you have to offer, but again you are limited to the likes or dislikes of the person taking the picture. A Virtual tour allows you to see behind the camera. Instead of photographer controlling the view, the user has full control. The user can pan around and zoom in or out, all at their speed and comfort.

Do I have to pay anything up front?
No, we do not require any payment upfront.

Do I take the pictures or does Impact Design Pro?
Impact Design Pro will take all the pictures needed for the virtual tour. We use a professional camera equipped with a special optic lens which allows us to take a true 360 degree picture in one shot. Becuase we are able to do this, we can photograph a complete tour of 9-10 rooms in less than an hour.

What is the process?
First, you call us and schedule a virtual tour. We come to your location and take the needed pictures. We then take the pictures and using a special program we create the virtual tour. Usually within 24 hours, you will receive an email notification from Impact Design Pro that your tour is complete. Also there will be a link in the email for you to view your tour online. Once you are completely satisfied with your tour, payment is required. After we have received payment, your virtual tour and instructions are emailed to you.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of rooms that you will include in the virtual tour?
There is no limit on how many rooms you want to include in the tour. We have done as little as one room and as many as ten.

What if I already have a website, can I still use the Virtual Tour?
Yes. We create the virtual tour so that you can upload it straight to your web server. If you know how to edit html you can insert the virtual tour right inside one of your existing pages. All the instructions are included with the files and you can always call our support team for help.

What if I do not have a website?
If you do not have a website please contact our sales department they can discuss with you some affordable options.

Can I put audio into the virtual tours?
Yes. Providing you give us the audio clips.

Do you offer Virtual Tours outside of Palm Beach County?
Yes, but we are only available within South Florida.
