Before starting:
Make sure your domain name loads. If your domain name doesn't load,
your email account will not work.
Make sure you have setup your email accounts at yourdomain.com/cpanel.
You are now ready to begin setting
up your email accounts.
1) Open Microsoft Outlook
2) Go to "Tools" and click on "E-Mail Accounts".

3) This will start a
Wizard that will walk you through the steps. An "E-mail Accounts"
window will pop up.
Select "Add a new email account". Click "Next" at the bottom.

4) Select "POP3" and click "Next" at the bottom
right.

5) Enter your "User Information"
(Your name & your email address)
Enter the "Server Information"
In the Incoming mail (POP3?) field
type mail.yourdomain.com
In the Outgoing mail (SMTP)? field type mail.yourdomain.com
(so if your domain name is elitepolls.com, then you
would put "mail.elitepolls.com" there).
type in your username that
you have setup from cpanel using the following format:
"yourusername@yourdomain.com"
Enter "Logon Information"
Type in your username that
you have setup from cpanel using the following format:
"yourusername@yourdomain.com"
Type in your password, select "Remember Password"
Click "MORE SETTINGS .

6) Select the "Advanced" tab.
Set the outgoing server (SMTP) to 26. Click "OK"

7) Click Finish and you're done! |
